All other beauty treatments are available if it was just a simple pedicure, relaxing massage or that little something extra, to make you feel ready and nutured during your pregnancy and prepared for the new arrival.
Massage is not recommended within the first 16weeks of pregnancy, but is perfectly safe after that time and up until the due date of the birth.

Beauty tips during pregnancy:

- Massage body lotion or body oil into the bump to relieve dry skin, itching and stretch marks
- Exfoliate and apply a face mask once a week to keep the skin clear and fresh and to balance hormonal skin changes
- Soak your feet regularly in warm water followed by a massage of foot lotion to relieve tired feet and swollen ankles
- Keep nails looked after by filing and moisturising, as they grow twice as fast when your pregnant
